  • John was great. The only problem was the fact that the team was delayed due to a truck issue and the friend we had waiting for them was delayed. He had planned to be there during his lunch break and ended up having to take half a day off without pay to help us. I frankly would like a refund of part of the payment to reimburse him for his time.
