    Rosh Elite Moving Group

    Unfortunately we had a challenging day. Uhaul refused to rent me the truck due to some computer error or scam.on my account even though I had a valid reservation. We had to find another company to rent me a truck much farther away which ended up costing s lot more than anticipated and delayed the move several hours. I had upgraded to full service and ended having to help the movers for several hours to get it done faster after one injured himself and the supervisor had left to return the truck before closing.what should have been a 4 hour move turned into almost 9 hours and a lot of extra cost. I will think twice before renting using UHaul again. I would have been better served and paid the same with a professional moving company. The Roshelite staff did their best to find solutions but the supervisor should have stepped in and come back earlier when she found out one of her men could not continue the job. A difficult day, not the kind of moving day anybody would want.

    The guys that came out were AMAZING! They loaded our moving truck with care and speed and did more than asked of them. They were both polite, respectful and I wish we could have them help every time we move! I would choose them in the Tulsa area above any other movers!
