  The price was right for the service received. The business owner was very receptive to feedback about his employees work quality and was very fair. Did find scratches later on my wood furniture. It’s old enough that I’m not so upset - but I advise any folks using their service to be sure they have and use plenty of moving blankets. In retrospect I should have been more insistent about using more blankets (we had double what we needed). It was a hot and slow move but got the work done for a fair price.

  I called when I booked, told her 9am. Night before same thing, told her 9am. They were 35 min late. I called at 9.13am for an ETA. I booked for 9am! Then 10 minutes in one said I wish I could take a break. And I’m pretty sure he did. Arrived to the storage and the lady said I had 8 minutes left and to purchase another hour since they weren’t done. I used maybe 20 minutes of that hour. Not fair seeing as they were LATE! No courtesy nothing! Then the storage is just off truck, in storage. No coordination. I had to tell them to stack the couch. Oh and I had to watch my purse. All because I said I don’t typically wear them, he was holding it saying he could give it to his mom. Unprofessional! Also wanted my number and IG so could DM me ! I gave 2 stars because they did what they were hired to do and I was on the 3rd floor so thanks for the bare minimum.
