• A heartfelt Thank You! to John, Chrystal, and Craig - this team is professional, efficient, and amazing! For example, they were careful never to move any furniture in a manner not to scratch the floors & handled all boxes with care! They work extremely well as a team & constantly communicate with each other throughout the process, especially maneuvering tricky stairwells & were so very mindful to re-install any door frames that needed to be removed (& re-installed) to accommodate oversized furniture. Their energy level helped motivate me because knowing that this incredible team also worked extremely hard earlier that day for another customer, they literally were heavy-lifting into the evening. As the owner of the home, my responsibility was to be mindful that some furniture can’t physically move due to tight turn stairwell designs, so adapt without asking for the impossible! Oh, yes - they unknowingly saved my boyfriend from a meltdown - as a result, I was a happy customer!
