Richard was great, and he definitely got the job done. However, we received no communication from this company leading up to and on the service date, and we struggled to get in touch with them to figure out why our u-box delivery was over an hour late. We eventually received a text from the company stating they had the wrong contact info on file and that the u-box would arrive 2.5 hours late due to a car issue, which is understandable. However, the u-box ended up getting to us 4 hours late, and we received no communication after the initial text. The company was also passive aggressive when we had told them we hadn't received an email or text with our payment code (which indicates to me that they have some issue with emails and texts on their end.)
