We reserved two movers for four hours, but less than a quarter of our belongings were loaded by the end of that time. Our confirmed 9 a.m. start was pushed to 10 a.m., and despite being told boxes would be brought to the lobby before we arrived with the truck, nothing had been moved. The movers appeared inexperienced, moved slowly, and didn’t use the rented dollies. The owner was initially condescending and blamed us, but changed his tone after reviewing camera footage and seeing our cousin helping. The movers caused additional problems, including damaging the blinds by stacking a heavy box on soft items, causing boxes to fall and block pathways. They also left the truck door open, resulting in a missing dolly, left belongs wrapped in 4 U-Haul blanket that we had to return, and left boxes blocking path way. Overall, the experience was inefficient and unprofessional.
