• Need to clarify what the moving help limitations are for the paid two hours of moving help. I thought I was paying for two hours of moving help. We had a couch and loveseat loaded first we knew we were taking to storage. Everything we wanted help on moving was loaded and unloaded in around an hour and 15 minutes. I asked if they would come back to the loading location and help load a bed and then help unload the couch, loveseat and bed at our storage location. Keep in mind from pick up to drop off is around half mile or less. From the pickup location to storage about 300 yards. They insisted the work is for one load from pickup to drop off. I asked what if we didn't have a big enough truck. Flippant reply, you would need to get a bigger truck! After I shared a few words of displeasure and told them to never mind they backed tracked and decided to help. Good thing they did or they wouldn't have received the cash tip I somewhat reluctantly gave them.

• Very happy with the help provided for our move. Nate and Pat were friendly, quick and careful with our items. Would definitely use this service again if needed. (I did have some probs with booking through the website and found the app to work for me.)
