The company was too delayed on Saturday, June 20th to complete the reservation for U-Box delivery and loading. They called me to say that they needed to do it the following morning instead. I was amenable to that. The next day, however, when the loading started to take too long because he did not have a colleague to help, the loader said I shouldn't complain because he was doing me a favor to even come and that he could have just cancelled on me. I felt this was very unprofessional, since it was not my fault that he took on too many jobs the day before and ran overtime. I had to send his tip through a cash app because he did not mention this platform as an option.
