• If I could leave no stars I would. Very unprofessional. I told them how to pick up one of my items because it couldn’t be picked up a certain way and it was like it went in one ear and out the other. The crew I had was worthless. I would never recommend this company ever again. Save yourself the trouble to use them. They never called me to schedule anything I had to keep calling them. Then they show up late and didn’t have any equipment. Oh wait they just had gloves. Broke a couple of items and didn’t handle my personal belongings carefully. They must have been rushing because one of the guys said he had to be out at a time because he had to check in with his PO. I wish I would have never gave them the code but I was afraid there would have been a fight because of the way they acted. I have learned my lesson. Never again with this company. The ones I had in Florida to help unload were amazing. I tipped them and feed them dinner.That’s what you call good customer service.
