• If I could leave no stars I would. Very unprofessional. I told them how to pick up one of my items because it couldn’t be picked up a certain way and it was like it went in one ear and out the other. The crew I had was worthless. I would never recommend this company ever again. Save yourself the trouble to use them. They never called me to schedule anything I had to keep calling them. Then they show up late and didn’t have any equipment. Oh wait they just had gloves. Broke a couple of items and didn’t handle my personal belongings carefully. They must have been rushing because one of the guys said he had to be out at a time because he had to check in with his PO. I wish I would have never gave them the code but I was afraid there would have been a fight because of the way they acted. I have learned my lesson. Never again with this company. The ones I had in Florida to help unload were amazing. I tipped them and feed them dinner.That’s what you call good customer service.

  Sorry for the troubles. If you had of called and let us know you were not satisfied with the move we would have giving you instructions on how to cancel and receive a full refund. No one from J&J Reliable Moving have never tried fighting a customer. Again sorry for the troubles and inconvenience.
