  OPTIMUM SOLUTIONS MOVERS

  I was disappointed with how my U-Box was packed for my long-distance move. It was only about half full, yet the movers placed several heavy computer tables upright in the middle, leaving one side empty and only a few items at the bottom for support. When I asked if that was secure, the person I believe was the boss assured me it was fine. Upon arrival, the tables had toppled over, crushing other items and jamming the door so badly I couldn’t remove the lock. Most contents had fallen and were crushed under the weight, making unloading difficult. We had to climb over items to get them out. While the movers finished loading in about 45 minutes, I wish they had taken more time to rearrange the load for stability, especially given the extra space, the uneven weight distribution, and the long distance my items had to travel. This was a disappointing and upsetting experience and not what I expected with the premium price (plus cash tip) I paid in hiring professional movers.
