• I had 2 movers for a simple loading of a truck. One of the movers picked my tv up incorrectly and dropped my tv. I tried to get his attention and kept telling him he has to hold the box with the arrows pointing up but he could not speak English well so he did not understand what I was saying. As he continued to lift the box on its side, the tv fell out on its side. He still did not understand and my friend and I had to yell for him to stop. His partner was not in my condo when it happened but he must have heard us yelling down the hallway because he came rushing in and fussed at the guy that dropped my tv. I called the owner as soon as I saw the damage and he is refusing to cooperate. He spoke with the man that wasn’t even in my condo when the other man dropped it and that man is denying it, though he was not even there. Do not use this company.

  Thank you for your feedback, we loaded the truck from a storage unit we didn't pack. The box wasn't properly taped up and placed in the unit. when the guys moved the box it popped open but the tv never came out the box. Tv boxes have a foam insert to tightly secure them. The guys informed the customer the box wasn't properly taped, so the guys re packaged it and secured it.
