  • Poor communication, they don't respond to email, text, or phone calls on when they will show up. Had to involve moving help and customer care to figure out what was going on. After they came, they showed an unfriendly attitude in many ways, including what they would and wouldn't do. I wouldn't hire them to recommend them for any other jobs.

    Apologize but we are not an assembly team, I sent movers not assembly techs so they where correct to tell You that they do not assemble desk out the box after rearranging your home for you like you hired us to do. They did it so fast you started trying to find other household things they can do for you sorry it does not work like that
