AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!! Owner is so incredibly unprofessional. Hired two movers, only one showed up and he showed up late. He wasn’t able to move many items as he was the only person and couldn’t do much of the heavy lifting, especially of the furniture and so my husband and friend had to help which defeated the purpose of us hiring movers. I spoke to the owner and she said she would issue us a partial refund since we’re only paying for one mover. Once I gave her the payment code she said she would issue the refund and that it’s been issued and I reached out to her a few times and I haven’t heard back. I reached out to moving helpers finally and they told me that this company never did indicate the refund. This is fraud and this was a terrible unprofessional company to work with.
