  Mr. Help provided an awesome service! Alejandro and Renba were friendly, courteous and completed the unload and setup in record.time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing help with a move.

  My movers (forgot their names) were perfect. They came right in and got to work. They loaded the truck strategically and well and were extremely pleasant while working. We had to make a stop to pickup another item and they were just fine with that. Of course our time went over what was initially booked, I messaged my moving help company and they updated the order and sent me my adjusted cost right away. The additional time had to do with travel traffic and waiting time, not the physical work. The additional cost however, was saddening. It exceeded what I originally paid for more hours. Not sure of the company’s formula or rates. I just paid it so I could get my project completed and remain stress free. Everyone was pleasant including the boss who sent my guys. He checked to see if the guys arrived on time and if they’d done a good job. I better stop now! I was happy with Undeniable & Reliable Movers

  They were 20 min late. None spoke English and it was nearly impossible to communicate with them. Then they broke a bin filled with family heirlooms, and I told them I would file a claim with the safe load insurance. They asked us not to report it as it would result in the guy losing his job. They did not wrap items initially and did not take anything apart. We told them of the several moving blankets, tape, etc available to them. After seeing them move items without wrapping them we began wrapping items ourselves. They went to move the dining table after we had wrapped the top without wrapping any of the legs. I spoke with Carlos who said they 'knew how to do their jobs' and would wrap it in the truck..to which I said how would they do that when the blankets were in our apartment??? The did not know how to move the piano even though I paid extra for this. There’s so much more, but I still tipped 60 each because I am kind, however we felt unsafe with this UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY
