• The admin and logistics was professional. They emailed me the day of my order, called me the day before my reservation to confirm timing, and called day of the confirm arrival time. Movers were professional, fast, and considerate of all belongings, especially those that were fragile. I definitely recommend this company. They worked quickly and moved a 2bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor in 2hrs.

• On the uhaul app, it says $99 dollars per hour.I was charged $115

  You scheduled two separate services on the U-Haul app. You scheduled two hours to load. The rate is $100 per hour for loading, You also scheduled two hours to unpack. That rate is $115 per hour. These are both displayed on the app. I am sorry you felt misled. Your original receipts should reflect these amounts. Since you were moving to the third floor we did provide an extra mover at no cost to you. I am sorry you were not pleased with our services, but I do hope you enjoy your new home.
