The company did a terrific job. I wasn’t delighted with UHaul’s process for booking the service. I had to prepay based on my best guess for how long it would take. Then I couldn’t get reimbursed when the packing job didn’t take as long as I paid for. I paid for two extra hours at a cost of $220.00. The booking also didn’t take account of mileage charges. I would definitely use the service again, just not through UHaul.
