• This was the second time in just over a year using Move Easy. Issues were as follows this second time. The lead mover forgot the scheduled date of service. The movers were about four hours late to arrive as a result. The mover initially said they encountered bad traffic en route to the job location, but then admitted they had three other jobs scheduled that day. One of the two movers had a strong odor of marijuana emitting from his person and used profanity several times while moving and dropping boxes. The same mover tried to move a large, heavy piece of furniture by himself without help, and damaged an inside wall of the home. The mover, presumably so under the influence he did not realize he damaged the wall, did apologize after we addressed the issue with the team leader, who agreed to repay us for the repairs. They also forgot to load several items, which resulted in more expense of renting a covered trailer to tow across multiple states hauling the things the movers forgot about.

  Thank you for your feedback we try our best to make every move a stress free job. That being said I can assure you that no marijuana or thing of that nature was used before or during your job. Yes we had multiple moves that day and a couple delays with customers getting there truck and we were also stuck in a massive traffic jam. I also informed you the day we talked about changing your date that I had multiple moves that day and you said it was ok. The only items that you told us was left were 2 kid bikes and an adjustable frame which I was willing to rearrange one of your pods so it could fit.
