The absolute worst moving experience. The guys sent had no sense of urgency and spent more time on their cell phones and trying to sell my husband and I knock off sneakers clothing and a car then actually working. We moved a 3 bed room house and out of everything being loaded they loaded a total of 6 items my husband and children loaded and unloaded the remainder of our home. They were booked for 3 hours and it took them an hour to be able to lift and load with an appliance dolly, a side by side fridge that my husband had already taken the door off of for them. Not only did they not fully provide the service we paid for they were careless with the few items they got moved and broke a tv stand and damaged the floor in my laundry room attempting to move my dryer. There was a huge language barrier and they used that an excuse to not execute and perform. Reached out to the number they give to talk with a supervisor and the rep who fields the calls was rude and refuse contact with a superv
