    If I could give zero stars I really would. I had a horrible experience from the beginning! 10 minutes before they were to drive i got a text saying they were going to be an hour late... ended up being 1 hrs and 45 mins late, so me and my son had half the storage unit in the Uhaul before they got there. Came with no equipment to move anything they couldnt lift. So they used and BROKE my hand cart. with just an ooops im sorry. No offer to replace, or take care of it.. KNOWING this is my hand cart to use to move!!!! Neither actually knew how to load a uhaul.... when i stepped in the u haul after they loaded my heavy dressers they had all of my heavy objects stacked lined up on the left side of the truck.. i asked about weight distribution, and shouldnt the heavy objects be closest to the front area by the mothers attic... the answer i got was i really dont know but ill put it that way if you want me to. Both guys were on their phones more than they were actually moving stuff. I Have pic
