    DO NOT HIRE. This was the most unprofessional service I've ever experienced in my life. Absolutely disastrous moving day - they were so delayed that I had to miss my train the night of my move because of their lack of competence. They arrived 2+ hours late. I originally asked them to come at 11 am (a normal moving time), and Antonio told me he wouldn't be able to come up 1 pm. After continually telling me he was close (when he wasn't), he finally arrived after 3 pm, so I wasn't able to book another moving company. They brought a UBox that was already filled with someone else's items which took another hour to get an empty Ubox. They didn't drop my Uboxes off at Uhaul until after-hours so all of my life possessions were just sitting in a parking lot over night. I had to uber to the Uhaul the next morning to make sure that Uhaul actually received the Uboxes and were accounted for and safe in their facility. Whatever you do, DO NOT HIRE. Your moving day will be completely derailed.
