    All-Hands-On

    Started great. Good communication! Then, upon arrival I smelled Marijuana. The team were loaders, not packers! Items were not secured well and they placed 200lbs of shelving on my plastic wagon. I had to re-secure many items before my trip. Also there was not an expediency that I would have expected. The truck was only half full with very little furniture and took 2 hours to load. They rifled through my donation pile which I agreed to allow them, however they left all the boxes unsecured and I had to repackage prior to donating. The most annoying thing however was when the elder helper asked for a tip. I did provide a tip, but I don’t think it was well deserved. Unfortunately the older helper made the younger helper look bad. I have the names, but I chose to keep them off my review. I also took a couple pictures which I kept off the review.
