  • Fast & efficient movers! Communication was great from beginning to end. The movers arrived on time and did great! The only thing I will say is the amount you pay on Uhaul is NOT the full amount you will end up paying. There are different fees associated that your booking won’t cover. (Hills fee stairs fee, additional required hours + travel fee) so although we paid $240 via uhaul, we ended up paying an additional $150 day of due to fees. (Per manager, we required an extra hour + travel fee. This was not including tip. Aside from the extra fees uhaul does not disclose when you book, this company was great! Highly recommend!

  • We expressed our concerns about dotting everything in the truck. They said they’ll get it done. They began packing before taking a look at everything in the house. They informed us they couldn’t fit everything. We were about to have to rent a second uhaul truck (and tow a car) for our 800+ mile move which would have cost us $1000+. My husband decided to unpack half the truck himself and reload it to fit everything. They had great communication before arriving but did not do the job well and essentially, we paid for nothing.
