Was a little frustrated as it seemed that the workers didn’t know how to load truck and they moved extremely slow not moving a lot of items .. only 6 items got moved I would of added 2 hours but I didn’t see Much accomplished

I apologize for the service you were unsatisfied with. After speaking and reviewing photos and messages between the lead; I am confused on how the service could have been any better due to the unfortunate circumstances that occurred on the day of your move. Your truck was fully loaded and your apartment no longer had any items inside. The truck is very nicely stacked and all your items are secure. I do apologize again for the way you feel towards us based on the service provided. Thank you for choosing Swift Services and we hope to hear from you in the future!
