Our shipment was delayed, and the movers hired to unload the ubox were very accommodating and changed their schedule to get us moved in. They communicated directly with the local uhaul office, and assisted us in monitoring the delayed delivery of the box, and let us know exactly when we could expect them at our door on the date of delivery. They were very efficient and friendly and we would use them again without hesitation.
