• Book UHaul for three hours twelve-three. Movers twelve & two. After booking I spoke with movers at six am to confirm twelve pm reservation, items to move n tools needed. He confirmed, was no problem they’ll have everything n be there. I picked up U-Haul at eleven fourty five. I was at my apt waiting at twelve. Movers didn’t arrive three hrs later. Once arrive, they didnt have any tools to take down my bed as we discussed this morning. But time starts when they arrive.Now we’re waiting for one guy to return with tools which took another thirty minutes. One mover, began to move boxes into the truck while we waited got done and we’re still waiting. Now I went over my UHaul rental time which was an extra fee. As we’re headed to the storage unit, the movers called and stated that I did not pay for unload, and it would be an extra, this wasn’t stated online. One option to load&unload, I was under the impression it’s together? This was very inconvenient and unprofessional.

  The move was only booked for two hours, which they worked with you for two hours. A 3rd hour would have been extra.
