  • We expressed our concerns about dotting everything in the truck. They said they’ll get it done. They began packing before taking a look at everything in the house. They informed us they couldn’t fit everything. We were about to have to rent a second uhaul truck (and tow a car) for our 800+ mile move which would have cost us $1000+. My husband decided to unpack half the truck himself and reload it to fit everything. They had great communication before arriving but did not do the job well and essentially, we paid for nothing.

  • STELLAR communication from Lewis Pro Move! We are moving from out of state and have used moving help a few times. The levels of customer service with Lewis is too notch and far exceeds the other companies we have used. I would like to recognize Tederrius as an amazing teammate! He was thoughtful in moving furniture and placement of things. He was cautious in ensuring he nor the others bang anything up. Thank you, team! We appreciate the coordination and assistance!
