  • The movers took several hours longer to unload my Uboxes than the moving help who loaded it. The movers who unloaded also dropped my dresser on the stairs and destroyed it, spilling my underwear all over the floor. They damaged several items and then offered to hang a curtain rod--which ended in several unnecessary holes in my wall (which will come out of my $1750 security deposit) and very crooked curtains. They wouldn't listen to me when I tried to get them to stop drilling holes. The men were nice but did a poor job of moving my belongings. They were literally carrying one box or barstool at a time and the process took all day (the crew who loaded my Ubox only took one hour). The men who unloaded my Uboxes also cost TWICE AS MUCH as the crew who loaded it. Very disappointing. Now I have to buy a new dresser and end table.
