• I hired two guys to come at 10 a.m. for 3 hours. A guy calls me to tell me that the other guy is a no-show and that he’s helping someone else move so he couldn’t come either. He was looking for someone and that he’ll call back later. An hour and a half later, he calls to reschedule for 4 pm. I agree because my sister, her husband and I really need the help. We had already started by then. When 4 o’clock rolls around, he’s still not there. I call to give him the new address, and we finish our second trip to the new place. By then we already moved the rest of the furniture to the truck. They don’t show up until after 5, and by then we only had the sofa left. They couldn’t even get that up there, and broke a light fixture while trying. Then they charged me for 3 hours when they were only there for 2. The main guy offered to reimburse but started making it complicated until he said he was only going to pay me $45. I then said I’d rather take it up with the company.

• These guys were a pleasure to work with. They were punctual, polite, and efficient. Would definitely hire again!!!
