  • DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY. They insisted I needed to book 3 hours after I booked 2 hours. They also wanted to start at 7am, which wasn’t ideal but I ensured I was ready for their arrival. The team arrived 25 minutes late and still took under 2 hours, even less time than I had initially booked. There was horrible communication leading up to the move and I had to follow up multiple times to confirm my booking. My items were moved and packed in the truck well, but the overall experience was disappointing, frustrating, and simply poor service. This company does not operate with integrity or care for their customers. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Do not book with this company.

  • The movers were great, very quick and professional. The service however was much different than any moving help I’ve hired before. When booking you have to provide a full inventory, and if you have more than listed, it will not be moved. I don’t know who has their whole house boxed up a week before moving, so it is very hard to estimate how much you will have. My advice is to really overestimate. You’re paying for the time, so I don’t know why more boxes can’t be loaded if there’s ample time remaining and room in the truck. If I had known this, I would have said I have 100 boxes just to be fully covered. I paid for 2 guys for 5 hours and they needed under 3 hours to load and unload including a 20 min drive.

    Thank you for your kind words about our crew speed and professionalism We truly appreciate it Regarding the inventory policy PHIL 413 MOVERS is a labor only provider and each job is planned based on the inventory confirmed in writing before service That helps us schedule the correct crew plan the scope properly and keep all jobs on schedule Because of that any items not included in the confirmed inventory are outside the approved scope unless cleared in writing before service begins We appreciate your feedback and you are absolutely right that if a customer is unsure it is best to overestimate box counts and loose items Exact counts are not required but a reasonable estimate helps make sure everything intended for service is included.
