    The company called stating the mover would be 30 mins late, but he ended up being 45-50 minutes late. The mover was excellent and let us know it was because he was scheduled for a move earlier in the morning pretty far away (in Rochester), so it was more of a scheduling issue on the company's part and an area for improvement. Other than that, the mover was very good and the payment and scheduling process was straight-forward.
