  • This was not a good experience. The company did work with us in regards to moving the date and time. However, three people showed up. One man, and then a married couple. After an hour, we realized the couple had brought their two children( age 2 and 3) who were sleeping in the car. They spent more time commenting on the Christmas decorations we had than moving. Also went back and forth to the car several times to check on kids. Very unprofessional. Did not attempt to move any of the heavy objects and one did so when we asked 5 minutes before we left. Dropped our one ottoman in the dirt and did not even attempt to clean it - just shoved it in the uhaul hoping we would not notice. We ended up having to have others come over after to help what they did not do. Do not recommend this company. $20 tip was given at time of service which i was against doing but we did.
