    I booked 2 movers for 4 hours to arrive at 10am. The movers never called to inform me they were running late. I texted an hour later and was told they were running late but would keep me posted. Still never heard anything after several hours. The movers arrived finally 6 hours late and my family and I had already unloaded and brought in over half of a 26' U-Haul truck. The 2 guys were only here for about an hour and a half and i was still charged the 4 hours. Very unprofessional and unacceptable. Very dissatisfied. Avoid at all costs.
