  • Yozizi did an exceptional job navigating a genuinely chaotic situation. They were hired through U-Haul's portal, and the day before our scheduled delivery, U-Haul informed me their only forklift was out of service; creating major uncertainty for everyone involved. Yozizi kept communication open throughout, managed the unpredictable scheduling with patience and flexibility, and once on-site, worked quickly and efficiently to get everything done. When you're already dealing with a stressful situation, the last thing you need is your moving company adding to it. Yozizi did the opposite. Highly recommend.
