• Communication was good. There was a mishap with the start time but it was resolved quickly. Both gentlemen worked from start to finish. Unfortunately, because of how the items were carried and packed in the truck, some of our items were damaged. There are dents and park marks in the front of the piano from the wall corners. The Italian leather couch and chair were both rubbed raw on several sides. The chair almost had a hole poked through the front. The solid wood kitchen table chairs were packed high and then a metal bed frame was placed on top causing scratches on the chairs as well. Several boxes marked fragile were packed on the bottom and smashed in. This was something my mom mentioned at first, but was reassured everything was going to be okay. Unfortunately, it was not.

• These Boys are Rockstars !!! They moved 2 UBoxes in 30 minutes. They were super careful and very kind. They totally understood the assignment!!
