• Unfortunately they were extremely slow, wasted a ton of time, didn’t get a 2 bed apartment all moved in 2 hours. And they destroyed our nice white couch. Shame.

  You booked 2 hrs for a 3rd floor move that involved an extremely long walk, which is not sufficient time based on standard guidelines. Realistically, you needed 4 hours. Our team was delayed at the start; no one was present to allow us to begin for 10 to 15 minutes. Despite that, we completed every task your wife asked of us and there was no damage to any items, including your couch. No moving blankets or straps were provided. If there had truly been damage, we would expect photo documentation and communication. instead, we were blocked after the job, and no evidence was shown. Your review contradicts your actions ; you tipped our crew, thanked us with breakfast and showed no signs of dissatisfaction on site. To leave a damaging false review after the fact is deeply unfair, especially when we have photos proving otherwise. Please remove this misleading review. • James and Jr did an amazing job! They made sure everything was put back together, and where we wanted it. They were respectful of the property and our belongings. Would definitely use this company again!

• James and Jr were amazing! They were on time, friendly, and very much interested in keeping our items safe, while getting everything moved. Couldn’t have done it without them, and would have them back in a heartbeat if we needed to move again.
