    Smooth Moves

    I booked Smooth Moves to load my U-Haul and they arrived on time to my apartment building. Unfortunately, during the process they broke my dresser and then lied about it saying it was already broken which it was not. They also broke a lamp, fan, and containers with the loading process. I reached out to the manager multiple times to see what the best next steps would be for reimbursement or insurance claim and they just stopped responding to my messages. Overall, this is a very unprofessional company and they made moving day even more stressful. I would not recommend booking with them.

    Absolutely the bes.t moving help. These guys were very organized and did one of the best packing jobs I have every seen. They used every possible space to optimize load stability and maximum space usage. And they went above and beyond to make sure everything was packed.
