I'd like to be able to give a better review, for this last minute service on a Sunday. Manage your expectations & Don't expect a full service move. As one guy told me 'WE'RE MOVING HELPERS, so we don't have tools, or pads'. One guy was great. The other not so much. And they will remind you many times with a countdown of how much time you have left, '30 minutes', '20 minutes' '5 minutes' That added stress and dysfunction to the move. At exactly the 2 hr mark, one of the guys said 'What's the code?' No 'ok, That's it' or anything courteous. He stopping moving and did nothing else lol. I didn't even get a chance to give them a tip they were moving so fast to leave. And I had cash for that purpose. Disappointing but oh well. I finished unloading the truck and am going on with my life. A tip; a little kindness goes a long way, guys. So let me just rate from 1 to 5, with 5 being awesome Timeliness (5) Attitude (1) Courtesy (2) Communication (4) Preparedness (1) Overall (3)
