  • First, they arrived an hour and a half late; second, their pants were sagging; third, they wore flip-flops. I should've canceled right then, but decided to give them a chance. That was the worst decision I made on 6-29-2026. After they loaded the truck they followed me to the drop-off location but when I turned in they kept going. I then received a text saying they realized I paid for 3 hours and I have 40 minutes left. I told them if I had to add time I would, but was told they had another job that needed to be completed and that they would come after. Mind you they didn’t finish my job. They tricked me into getting the pay code by telling me to send a screenshot of the confirmation the day before. They are total crooks and I'm going to dispute the charge with my bank since they didn't finish the job, and I have text messages to prove it, as well as the notes they left on the app.
