    The mover had good communication about showing up for the move and the boxes were unloaded. However, he did not do a great job. He showed up by himself so my husband ended up helping move some of the bigger pieces. All the cabinetry he either put on its side or upside down so all the shelving fell out and the doors got misaligned. The boxes were labeled what rooms they would go in and I gave him a tour. I should have just emptied all the boxes myself. About 80 percent of the boxes ended up in the garage or living room so I had to move them to the right room myself anyways. He also charged us a separate hourly charge. My husband and I helped unload for about half the time. I would not use him again

    The process from beginning to end was extremely professional. The care and efficiency of the entire team from the supervisor to the loaders was an amazing experience.
