    We had a 8AM confirmed start time that was requested by Carters Care when he called to confirm the order. At 1030 the morning of the load, I had reached out a total of 5 times between text and phone messages. They were very late with a number of varying excuses that contradicted each other and the communication lacked. That said, once on location, they did a great job packing and loading. I recommend reconfirming the day before if have a specific start time that has been discussed.
