I hate writing negative reviews, especially because the crew was friendly, but I feel obligated to share my experience. The movers arrived on moving day understaffed and rescheduled me for the following morning. I was assured the job would take about two hours, but I had to stop working from my computer to help unload my storage unit and load the trailer, the job ran over by more than an hour and a half, costing me additional money. During the final walkthrough, I discovered furniture blankets had not been used, my TV was wedged between furniture and the trailer wall, and many items appeared to be loaded carelessly. Despite my storage unit using only 24 feet of space, the entire 28 foot trailer was filled and some of my belongings were left behind. I even had to reorganize the trailer myself and found equipment left on my vehicle after the crew departed. When my household goods arrived in Colorado, my TV, dressers, chairs, and other items were damaged or broken.
