The crew from Heavy Hitter Loaders were incredibly professional and efficient. They made our move so much less stressful than it would have been had we done it ourselves (two apartments AND two upright pianos up multiple floors!). I highly recommend Leon and Moni at Heavy Hitters for your next move. I hired them for a load-only job and it was completed in less than 2 hours. They worked quickly and efficiently. The scheduling assistant, Arianna, informed me she would call me the day-of to give me an exact ETA - and she did. The guys showed up right on time and made sure to note the time they started the load process. They were very friendly and professional. I also appreciated that Leon asked to wash his hands after - it showed a consideration for hygiene that I haven't always seen from other moving companies. I recommend getting cash for a cash tip - that seemed to be greatly appreciated instead of tipping in the MovingHelp system.
