  • Leo David and Neider were fantastic. They arrived on time, worked quickly and diligently, and had us unpacked and loaded into our storage unit right on time. Would recommend!

  • Movers arrived 25 minutes late and then tried to leave early, before completing the 2 hours we paid for. They ignored repeated requests to load larger items first and packed carelessly. Fragile boxes were crushed, large gaps of space were wasted, and items didn’t fit. We ultimately had to unpack and repack the truck ourselves, after which everything fit properly. The movers were friendly but dismissive of feedback, repeatedly brushing off concerns until it was clear they couldn’t do the job safely. Several boxes were damaged and one item was broken. The boss was quick to return calls but was defensive, interrupting and offering ‘solutions’ that required us to pay more. Overall, the workers were nice but careless, and the experience was stressful, inefficient, and not worth the $273 spent. We still tipped them, but given the late arrival, shortened time, and poor handling, I believe a refund is warranted. I would not recommend this company.
