The movers were awesome - they showed up right on time and had some equipment (furniture dolly, straps) with them even though I was responsible for providing all the equipment. My straps didn't work with the Uhaul truck, so their preparedness was very helpful. Thanks again for the help! My only slight issue was with communication prior to the move - I had to reach out myself after booking the appoinent to confirm that the movers will come, what time they'll arrive, etc.
