Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
The service was helpful in moving my largest items and packing the truck. I hired two movers, and while two did show up, only one of them really participated. We were able to finish in time due to myself and two friends helping move everything else. I wouldn't recommend if you don't have extra people to help move items, but we were able to get the job done in time and everything fit in the moving truck. Lacking in communication and professionalism.
Chris was great to work with. He was very communicative, proactively reaching out about logistics and accommodating to some changes I had to make. He and his coworkers were fast, efficient, and careful when unloading. Will definitely hire again!
