Time was set for 1 pm. Mover texted they were running late. I said fine. And hour later I texted to get an email as I was supposed to return the rental truck at 430 20 miles away. Reply was 41 minutes. At an hour I began unloading myself. Movers arrived when I was midway. I asked for a partial refund but mover only has venmo and I don't. He gave to my daughter but she was unable to access. I would like a partial refund sent to me.

They went above and beyond and were great sports when I lost the lock to my storage unit and had to order a locksmith. Great workers with a great sense of humor.
