  • Told me they could only load into uhaul vehicles. Told me they charge to arrive to the job (commute). Arrived at 930 for a 2 hour job and at 1015 they called another customer and told them they would leave my job by 11am. Told me they never do the full allotment of time when i asked them to stay 2 hours. Would not wait for me to pack boxes for them to load for 2 hours.

    That is not at all what I had told you . I told you since it was over a 1 hour drive away I would like to be compensated for drive time . which never happened.when I arrived nothing was ready to be moved like all jobs are supposed to be . nothing was packed . it was very dirty and you just had us shoving things into your car
