• Movers texted me after going to bed last night that they will not be able to complete my move on the date/time scheduled. I have to see if I can find additional help on move out day.

• Dear UHaul Moving Help Transportation Movers, My name is Breanna Gatto, and I hired movers through UHaul on Monday, April 21, 2025, to assist with my one bedroom apartment move. I want to start by saying the movers were fantastic, quick, and efficient. I truly appreciated their help. However, after they finished unloading and I returned from dropping off the truck, I discovered that my television had been damaged during the move. When I plugged it in while setting up my new place, I realized it was no longer working properly, which was unfortunate. I’ve called a few times and have sent emails regarding this issue and was directed to reach out via email. I wanted to see what steps we can take to resolve this situation. I’ve attached my order number for your reference; #79C5B2C2. I'm happy to provide any additional information, photos, or documentation needed to help move the process along. Looking forward to hearing from you and hoping we can come to a fair resolution.
