  • Extremely disappointed with this moving service. The movers took 1 hour and 40 min. just to load furniture for a 1 bedroom -- no boxes, since I had moved them myself beforehand -- leaving no time to unload. I tried to make this as swift as possible by placing everything at the front door, taking boxes before hand, and breaking down big items. They worked inefficiently, didn’t offer solutions, and ignored my confirmation that all items fit in the elevator (which I tested the night before), repeatedly wasting time. They packed the U-Haul inefficiently, placing small items in first and furniture last, which forced them to rearrange things and made unloading a major hassle (which I ended up doing by myself). They followed me to the next location(15 mins away) to then say they were scheduled back to back and couldn't help unload. For a two-hour job with very minimal tasks, this was unacceptable.
